After placing an order, you will get an email with payment instructions and order confirmation. You will receive a second email from us confirming the receipt of your money once we have processed your order.
If for some reason we are unable to complete your order or there is a payment issue, we will get in touch with you.
Your order(s) will probably be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email along with an order tracking number, links to order tracking, and contact information in case you have any questions.
Your order can be delivered to your home, office, PO Box, or APO address.
In order to make future orders easier. On the My Account page, you may also set your primary shipping address.
Because of our offshore location in India, your local Customs will see your order as imported merchandise. Your order is processed by Customs; there may be a delay while they complete the necessary procedures. To avoid inconveniences during this time, we advise you to always leave extra time and place your order in advance. Before they contact you, there may be a delay of a few days up to three weeks.
Most of the time, we dispatch your product within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment and processing it. The postal service or shipping companies are solely responsible for the delivery times.

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, a notice will be left with information on how to arrange for a second delivery of your item or the location of the post office where your order is being kept for pickup. They often keep them there for 4 weeks before sending them back to us.
If import tariffs cause customs to detain your order, they may not get in touch with you for 3 to 21 days.
If the regular delivery period for your order is not met. Please give us another 7 days to determine whether your order is simply delayed, held by customs, or actually lost.
Lost orders and reshipments
If you inform us within 8 weeks of the ship date, we will be pleased to reship your order or issue a refund for any misplaced items. If a problem is reported to us after 8 weeks, neither reshipments nor refunds will be allowed.
If your order has not yet arrived, we would happily reship it under the following restrictions:
Since the date of shipment, a further 7 days have passed in addition to the usual delivery period.
Your provided shipping address is accurate.
If you entered an inaccurate address, you will be charged for the replacement order. Once the original order is returned to us, our billing staff will contact you with details about the refund. Since the “return” postage has not been paid, the refund process could take several weeks or months.
Refunds and Returns
We will re-ship your order if it somehow gets lost in the mail or is damaged in transit. We would fully refund your payment at your request if you would prefer that we do so.
However, if you only got half of your order, we’ll give you a full refund and only charge you for the thing(s) you got.
Please give us 30 business days starting on the day the order was sent. Please email us at email@example.com if, after 30 days, you have not received your order or if you have received any information that it has been placed on hold or returned to sender. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
